They eat déjeuner at 12pm and dîner is starts between 6 & 8pm and can last a couple of hours. The French eat out a lot and so have lots of restaurants. The different types of restaurants in France are :

In France, people respond to sneezing by saying often "à tes souhaits" to people they use "tu" with and "à vos souhaits" to people they use "vous" with. And the person who sneezed replies "merci".

In France, covoiturage is very common, it is when more than one person travels in a car during a short or long journy. The French authorities actually encourage this practice because it is economic and ecologic.
What is verlan? Verlan is an argot in French. it is known as the French vernacular.
Words in verlan are formed by switching the order in which syllables from the original word are pronounced. Today, several words in verlan are used as slangs by young people in France.
