French music revelations in 2014

Four French stars are considered to be the revelations of 2014. Indila, Kendji Girac, Christine and the Queens, and the duo Fréro Delavega became famous in 2014.

Adila Sedraïa, 31, is known as Indil. She is a French R&B singer and songwriter. Her first single "Dernière danse" which was filmed in Paris in November 2013, premiered the following month. Her first album, Mini World, was released on the 24 February 2014 and it pushed her right into stardom. Enjoy four hits from this album below.

Kendji Girac, 19, is a French singer of Spanish origin. He won Season 3 of the French music competition The Voice. He released his first album in September 2014 and named it after himself. Héloïse Letissier, 27, is a French singer songwriter who is from Nantes. Her stage name "Christine and the Queens" sounds like the name of a group/a band of girls. Her album, Chaleur humaine was released in June 2014 with hits such as Christine and Saint Claude. Listen to the two below.

Fréro Delavega is a French musical duo made up of Jérémy Frérot and Flo Delavega who took part in season 3 of the French musical competition series The Voice. The same year Kenji Girac was also a candidate. During the quarter-finals on April 26, the dou were eliminated.
